HOW WE WORK

We build.
We back.
We challenge.

More than capital. More than advice. We get involved where our contribution can change the outcome.

What we actually do when we get involved.

Find the truth: who needs this, why they would pay, and what is really stopping progress.

Make a commercial plan: customers, offer, pricing, distribution, costs and decision owners.

Get it into the world: assemble capability, connect people, implement systems and help execute.

Check what changed: customer value, business economics and the costs or benefits created for others.

NOT THEORY ALONE

The work is visible in our ventures.

VOKT brings isolated enterprise information into usable workflows.

Elsepath makes job searching and application preparation more relevant.

RSN replaces pitch-first networking with a reason to meet.

Mister Raw builds stronger commercial decisions through real conversations.

GuruBo focuses on making human development practical.

THREE WAYS WE GET INVOLVED

Different paths.
One standard.

01

We create.

Validate a problem with potential customers, define the offer, identify the operating model, find builders and launch a first usable version. The deliverable is a functioning business, not a pitch deck.

02

We partner.

Work directly with the founder on commercial decisions, partnerships, people and operations. Leave behind clearer priorities, owners, working systems and a way to tell whether progress is real.

03

We invest.

Assess customer demand, margins, cash needs, people, incentives and possible consequences. If capital is appropriate and terms are agreed, consider investing. No guaranteed funding.

OUR COMMERCIAL PRINCIPLE

A good cause without a sound business is fragile. A profitable business without a worthwhile consequence is incomplete.

OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Five things
we want to know.

01

The problem.

Is it real, important and worth solving?

02

The people.

Are they capable, accountable, curious and willing to be challenged?

03

The economics.

Can it create and sustain genuine commercial value?

04

The consequence.

What changes for people and systems if this succeeds at scale?

05

Our contribution.

Can we materially improve the outcome by getting involved?

WHAT NEXT?

Let's work on something that matters.

Start with what you're building, where you're stuck, or what you believe should exist.
